環境問題や自然エネルギー、伝統文化などをメインテリトリーとするライターとして様々な媒体に執筆。
NPO法人日本麻協会理事などを務め、2016年7月に理事・長岡 沼隆とともに国立京都国際会館で開催された「第1回 世界麻環境フォーラム」（別名「京都ヘンプフォーラム」）と呼ばれる「IHEF（International Hemp Environmental Forum）」の初イベントを開催した。このイベントには、世界中から麻の専門家や産業家の他、安倍昭恵総理夫人（当時）、京都市長、京都最古の神社である上賀茂神社宮司をはじめ、大麻に理解のあるメンバーが広く参加した。
また、蚊帳研究家として蚊帳の歴史や文化の研究に努めるとともに、ヘンプ100%の藍染の蚊帳やヘンプストロー、ヘンプフィルター、ヘンプなどの衣食に関わる大麻アイテムの開発に携わり、普及活動を続けている。2019年ネパールで開催された「ASIA HEMP SUMMIT」において「大麻と蚊帳の博物館の創設」「日本の祈りに関連した大麻」に向けた企画で起業家賞を受賞。大麻の専門店「麻草屋」代表でもある。また、タイ王国バンコクで開催された「アジア国際ヘンプエキスポ 2022 」では二大パビリオンのひとつ「golden hemp pavilion」の責任者を務めた。

Yoshiki Matsumura writes for various media on environmental issues, natural energy, traditional culture, etc. He is a board member of the NPO Japan Hemp Association, and organized the first event of the International Hemp Environmental Forum (IHEF), commonly known as the Kyoto Hemp Forum, at the Kyoto International Conference Hall in July 2016 with The event was held together with Takashi Okanuma, Chairman of the Board of Directors. The event was widely attended by hemp experts and businessmen from around the world, as well as members who understand hemp, including the wife of then Prime Minister Akie Abe, the mayor of Kyoto, and the priest of Kamigamo Shrine, the oldest shrine in Kyoto. As a mosquito net researcher, she studies the history and culture of mosquito nets, and develops and promotes cannabis items related to food, clothing, and shelter, such as 100% hemp indigo-dyed mosquito nets, hemp straws, hemp filters, and hemp. At the 2019 ASIA HEMP SUMMIT held in Nepal, we received the "Entrepreneur of the Year" award for our projects "Building a Museum of Cannabis and Mosquito Nets" and "Cannabis Related to Prayer in Japan. He also serves as the representative of Asakusaya, a marijuana specialty store.
